- Rectangular frame made of flexible stainless steel sheet and textured acetate.
- The construction is assembled by clamping the elements together – no glue or screws.
- An interesting feature of this connection is the reaction to excessive pressure. The temples detach from the frame like skis in case of a fall, which reduces the risk of damage.
- Rectangular expressive silhouette.
- Acetate temple tips and silicone nose pads.
- Made in Berlin.
In 2017, ic!berlin teamed up with the Parisian workshop Tarian and designer Jérémy Tarian, the son of the legendary Alain Miquel. The collection was called VegeTarian and combined the DNA of both brands: a flat metal frame from the Germans and colorful acetate from the French. The acetate colors were specially created by Tarian and named after his favorite cruelty-free products: A – asparagus, B – beetroot, C – zucchini, D – pitaya (dragon fruit), E – shallot. This is the latest version in front of us. It’s very French.
