Work in the store floor

We are looking for a smart and sociable person to work in the Hello Glasses sales area located at 9-19 Vozdvyzhenska Street in Kyiv. Do you see yourself in the service sector, are you interested in fashion, and can master and provide technical information with understanding? Let’s move on.

What to do:

– to serve regular and new customers in a professional and qualified manner: this includes selecting glasses and providing information about lenses (we will teach you);
– to create and follow up on orders;
– to maintain order and presentation of products in the room;
– to inventory and place products;
– to independently perform basic workshop tasks, such as repair and maintenance of frames (we will also teach you).

Required skills:

– polite and competent communication. Oral and written;
– ability to self-organize;
– developed empathy.

English would be a great addition.
