How it works

Within Ukraine. We send a choice of two models by Nova Poshta delivery service in separate parcels. Upon receipt, you can try on each model and pay only for the one that fits. If none of the glasses fit, you will not be charged for delivery. You leave the goods at a Nova Poshta branch or with a courier.

In Kyiv. Add up to six models to your cart and check the “Try on” box on the checkout page. The order is processed within an hour after receiving the request, and delivery is carried out daily from 11:00 to 21:00. You can specify the desired delivery time directly during the checkout process. The cost of the delivery service in Kyiv is 200₴, with the purchase – free of charge.

Delivery

When ordering goods worth 4,000₴ or more, delivery is free in Kyiv and Ukraine. All international shipments are charged a flat rate of $21 and delivered within 15 days. Orders placed before 18:00 are usually shipped the same day.

Payment.

We accept Visa or MasterCard through the Portmone secure payment system. The money is debited from the account only if the transaction is successfully completed, and a confirmation email is sent to the email address. You can pay in cash upon delivery of the goods in Kyiv, at a Nova Poshta branch or in case of pickup from the store at 9-19 Vozdvyzhenska Street.

Returns.

You can return or exchange goods within 14 days after receiving them with a full refund. The goods are accepted back in a complete set, with all packaging and stickers, in unused condition. If the goods were used or the original packaging is missing, the goods are not refundable. In case of returning or exchanging low-quality (defective) goods, the return is made at the expense of the seller, i.e. us.
