From vintage to contemporary eyewear

The story of Hello Glasses began in 2009 as a blog about vintage eyewear. What started as a passion eventually grew into an optical store in Kyiv, where we curated some of the industry’s most interesting pieces from past decades: from vintage Persol frames to Mykita designs made with 3D printing.

In 2020, we turned our focus to the primary function of glasses by opening a vision testing room in partnership with the German lens manufacturer Carl Zeiss Vision.

Since 2023, the Hello Glasses showcase has operated at Kyiv’s TSUM department store, promoting indie eyewear brands. The project closed in 2025.

In the spring of 2025, the Oculus Dexter project was launched, featuring a new portfolio of brands and an eye care office N9 run by Kyiv ophthalmologist Dr. Ayik Khachatryan.

Combining optometry and fashion, we are happy to do what we love — always working to refine and improve it.
